BonDia provides made-to-order mini pancake boxes, dessert bars, catering services, pop-up food services, and dessert display rentals for private and public events. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Orders & Bookings:

• All orders and event bookings must be submitted through our website, social media, email, or directly with a BonDia event coordinator.

• A deposit is required to secure any event, catering service, or rental.

• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received and confirmation is issued by BonDia.

Payment Terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed-upon date prior to the event or delivery.

• Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout or communicated by your event coordinator.

• Failure to submit full payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made within four (4) days of the scheduled event or delivery are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible.

Deposits:

Custom Orders & Perishable Items:

• All food items are prepared fresh and made to order.

• Refunds are not available for completed or partially completed food orders.

• Once preparation has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within four (4) days of the scheduled event or delivery are not eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made outside of this window may be eligible for partial credit at BonDia’s discretion.

• Same-day cancellations are not refundable.

Rescheduling:

• We understand that plans may change.

• Requests to reschedule must be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

• Rescheduled bookings will have deposits applied to the new date, provided notice is given in advance.
